We ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Many products are printed/produced after you order. Processing time varies by product and season.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins once your item is produced and handed to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, peak seasons, and carrier delays.

Tracking

If tracking is available, it will be emailed to you once the package ships.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and deliverable. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment costs may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, email somehelpbro@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll help.

Made-to-Order Policy

Most products are made-to-order. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind / buyer’s remorse
  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Preference-based reasons (style/color expectations due to screens)

Size charts and sizing notes are available on each product page.

Damaged / Defective / Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery at somehelpbro@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue (and packaging if damage-related)

If confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Refund Timing

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/payment method.
